Katie, your proprietor has trained with some of the best Scottish chefs and provides her guests with a memorable dining experience. All dishes are based on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, cooked to perfection in the state-of-the-art kitchen and served in the elegant dining room.

Evening meals consist of a 4 course set menu cooked to each individual’s dietary requirements and tastes. Reservations must be made in advance, with prices averaging £40 per person.

INTERMEDIATE

Grilled Scalpay langoustines, with lemon and chive butter.

MAIN
Fillet of Ardhasaig beef, with roast shallot and thyme gravy.

DESSERT
Chocolate fondant with drambuie ice cream.

Lentil soup made on mutton, with seeded rolls.

Grapefruit, avocado and crab salad.

Baked cod steak with herbs crust, with fennel and lemon.
